Sunday: No Delivery Available
Our furniture is beautiful and, most often, heavy! Let us protect your investment with our fantastic and convenient delivery service. As a courtesy, we will call you before the time of delivery to confirm your appointment!
Please be kind enough to clear any obstacles from the path of our delivery personnel so that they can be as efficient as possible. Do to safety concerns, we do not remove existing furniture or install electronics and accessories into walls, ceilings or furniture.
Star Furniture must be notified at the time of receipt of the furniture in order to be considered damaged. All Star Furniture customers are required to thoroughly inspect their furniture purchases at the time of delivery and sign at the bottom of their invoice that they have inspected and received their furniture in good condition.
CUSTOMER PICK-UP
Yes! You can pick up your purchases from our Star Furniture warehouse (attached to our store!) located at 4209 Rosedale Highway.
Please call Star Furniture at least 2 hours before your pick-up request time.
PICK-UP HOURS

Please bring your own blankets and tie-down straps with you upon pick-up.
Star Furniture must be notified at the time of pick-up in order to be considered damaged. All Star Furniture customers are required to thoroughly inspect their furniture purchases at the time of pick-up and sign at the bottom of their invoice that they have inspected and received their furniture in good condition.
For pick-ups: Star Furniture is not responsible for any damage to your furniture after loading and it is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase is tied down correctly, protected from damage during transit, and secure for your safe journey home. Star Furniture is not responsible for any discovered defects or damages resulting from the transportation of your own furniture.
